No refund will be provided if a user has accessed a substantial portion of the course content or if there is any misuse, sharing of login credentials, or violation of the platform’s Terms & Conditions. Refunds will also not be granted for issues related to internet connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party service failures.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original mode of payment, and the processing time may vary depending on the payment provider. All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations made by TrueScore shall be final.
